Director-Level Electrical Operations Leadership Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of HomePro’s electrical division, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and culture of safety and excellence
• Lead, mentor, and develop electrical operations teams, fostering high-performance and accountability
• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish and execute operational strategy and business goals for electrical services
• Drive improvements in processes, quality, customer service, and project delivery
• Monitor operational budgets and resources for maximum efficiency and profitability
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant codes, standards, licensing, and industry trends
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Ensure all operations maintain compliance with state, local, and federal electrical regulations
• Champion a culture of safety, continuous training, and customer satisfaction across the organization
• Support major project estimation, planning, scheduling, and oversight
• Provide regular performance analysis to leadership and recommend tactical improvements
• Undertake additional executive responsibilities and projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experience for Electrical Operations Management

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in electrical operations, with at least 4 years in progressive management roles
• Valid Texas Electrical Contractor License, Master Electrician License, or eligibility to obtain required
• Proven record of successful team leadership in a multi-site, high-volume electrical services or home automation environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, permitting, safety regulations, and best practices
• Experience with business and financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and quality control
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, business administration, or similar discipline preferred
• Proficiency with relevant business, scheduling, and project management software
• Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed; valid driver’s license required
