Key Responsibilities – Customer Care & Service
- Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for customers, answering questions about products, technology, and services
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any special requests
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and creative problem-solving skills
- Stay current on the latest smart home, security, and home entertainment technologies offered by HomePro
- Communicate effectively with sales, technical support, and logistics teams to guarantee seamless customer service
- Accurately document all customer interactions, service issues, and feedback within our customer service systems
- Pass along valuable customer feedback to help improve our services and solutions
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications – Customer Service Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service, tech support, or similar role preferred
- Interest in home automation, security, and smart home solutions is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer challenges
- Comfortable using customer service platforms and technology tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is always valued
- Bilingual skills are a significant advantage
