Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Effective management and leadership of the electrical operations team
• Ensure all electrical projects are completed, on schedule, and according to quality standards
• Develop and implement operational processes and workflow optimizations
• Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
