In pursuit of maintaining our reputation as a leader in the home automation, media systems, and home entertainment industry throughout Texas, we're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our team. This role is fundamental to nurturing lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and precision.
Position Overview:
The Account Manager – Builder Services is the primary point of contact for builders and construction partners, responsible for coordinating and scheduling services, managing relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to make sound decisions independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned builders or contractors.
- Schedule and coordinate all services related to construction projects (e.g., installations, inspections, follow-ups)
- Manage project timelines and ensure services are delivered on schedule.
- Address builder requests, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Make informed decisions in real-time to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams (e.g., service crews, logistics, billing) to align resources and priorities.
- Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve delays or conflicts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of communications, schedules, and service outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with builder accounts.
- Ensure a high level of service quality and client satisfaction throughout all phases of the project.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or customer service, ideally in a construction or trade services environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to make confident, responsible decisions within the scope of the role.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM systems, and project management software is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
