Position Overview:
The Account Manager – Builder Services is the primary point of contact for builders and construction partners, responsible for coordinating and scheduling services, managing relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to make sound decisions independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage timelines and adjust schedules as needed to keep projects moving
Respond to builder questions, requests, and issues in a clear, timely way
Coordinate with internal teams including service crews, logistics, and billing
Build strong working relationships with partners
Maintain builder-specific service level agreements and ensure work is completed according to agreed terms
Maintain clear, accurate records of schedules, communications, and completed work
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or customer service, ideally in a construction or trade services environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to make confident, responsible decisions within the scope of the role.
Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM systems, and project management software is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
