Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Bilingual Customer Service Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, and email, communicating professionally in both English and Spanish.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, service scheduling, troubleshooting, and account requests.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams and departments to address customer needs and coordinate service appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Provide support for warranty, billing, and service-related questions following established company policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with management.
- Support other team members as needed and perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications for HomePro’s Bilingual Customer Service Careers
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written), with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role; call center, office support, or related experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy when working with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and office technology.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
- Team player with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
