Main Responsibilities and Duties in Billing and Invoices

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices for electrical and home automation services

• Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely and precise billing

• Handle billing inquiries and communicate professionally with clients regarding account information

• Record payments, adjustments, and process collections as needed

• Collaborate with internal departments, such as Sales and Service, to reconcile accounts

• Maintain up-to-date electronic billing records and documentation within company systems

• Ensure adherence to company policies, privacy regulations, and compliance standards

• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes for enhanced accuracy and efficiency
