Role Responsibilities

The lead installer will execute and oversee outdoor living projects, ensuring top-notch craftsmanship and superior customer service.

• Lead installation of outdoor living products
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Conduct site evaluations and provide technical guidance to clients
• Ensure safety and compliance with all relevant regulations
• Manage project timelines and crew assignments

Essential Skills & Abilities

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Expertise in carpentry, masonry, and other relevant trade skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and design plans
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Required Education & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in outdoor construction or related field
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.; relevant trade certifications are a plus
• Experience leading installation teams is highly advantageous
