Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Oversee and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of products within the warehouse.

Operational Efficiency: Ensure warehouse operations are carried out in an effective and safe manner, implementing strategies for continual improvement.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all activities are in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

Quality Assurance: Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in supply chain or logistics is an advantage
