What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be a key player in refining our processes and improving customer satisfaction. Here’s a quick snapshot of what you’ll be working on:

Data Analysis and Insights: Dive deep into data to help us understand our business needs and find creative ways to meet them.

Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to capture what’s needed for projects and ensure everyone’s on the same page.

Strategic Planning: Support our strategic goals by turning data into actionable insights that drive our vision forward.

Solution Design: Create and propose data-driven solutions to meet both business and customer needs.

Stakeholder Engagement: Keep communication open between tech teams and business users to ensure smooth project rollouts.

Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and recommend tweaks to keep productivity high.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, especially in a tech-oriented organization
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for organizing and interpreting data
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain your findings to both tech and non-tech folks
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau (a big plus!)
• Comfortable using project management and CRM software
